The women's tennis conference plays a round robin regular season schedule to determine the Champion. Women's tennis play consists of six singles and three doubles with cross over allowed in both dual meet competition and in tournament play. Procedures & Guidelines
MEN & WOMEN

I. Starting and Ending Dates
A. Same as NJCAA guidelines.
II. Number of Contests
A. Same as NJCAA guidelines.
III. Procedures and Special Items
A. Before play begins, players must be moved up to fill all vacant positions.
B. Coaches must exchange singles line‑ups at 2:30 p.m. Doubles line‑ups will be exchanged prior to the start of doubles play.
C. Unless weather related/travel problems occur and traveling school has called, formal play must begin by 3:00 p.m. otherwise a forfeit will occur.
D. Two out of three sets will be played with a 7-point tiebreaker at six all in dual meet competition. If split sets occur a 10-point super tie breaker will be used.
E. 10 game pro sets may be played if both coaches agree.
F. Coaches may talk to players at any time but cannot interfere with play
IV. Conference Schedule
A. The conference championship will be decided by a single round robin schedule.
B. Play will consist of 6 singles and 3 doubles.
C. The ITA weather rule for cancelling matches will be used unless both coaches agree to play. No play can occur if www.weather.com predicts 40 degrees or less, unless both coaches agree.
V. All Conference Awards
A. All-Conference will consist of the top 6 singles and 3 doubles based on the regular season conference results.
B. A Player-of-the-Year plaque will be awarded to the #1 ranked first singles player in addition to the medallion.
